Small Sparks Grant for smART Craft

(This is an archived post from Trust’s original wordpress website, originally published in 2019)

The Trust's latest award of £2,500 was presented to smART CRAFT, a local visual group run by WHALE Arts for adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and additional support needs. The award will be used to fund the running costs of the group for 6 months.  The Trust hope that supporting the group will help vulnerable adults facing social isolation and barriers presented by disability and mental health issues. As part of the award smART Craft will be putting an exhibition of their work on display at WHALE Arts.
